I was counting out a cash drawer at work and there were a few Sac bucks in the till. This one however stood out from the others. While it is mostly unremarkable and well circulated, it's color scheme caught my eye. The obverse is colored more like a cent while the reverse is more Presidential $1 colored. There is a distinct separating line all around the rim dividing these two shades. Is this a normal coin or an anomaly?
