Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

Found these 2 nickels in a roll a customer used paying their bill. The one is a decent 1960D-01 as compared to in cuds-on-coins. The other is a 1996 P that has some things going on I'm not sure of? Is it a cud? Is it anything other than a misaligned die? What's with the split from k11 to k3? 20210215_141856.jpg 20210215_141632.jpg 20210215_141747.jpg 20210215_141726.jpg 20210215_141704.jpg 20210215_144610.jpg 20210215_144632.jpg 20210215_144320.jpg 20210215_144435.jpg 20210215_144341.jpg

The 1960 D is a Bar Nickel. Yes, it is a known small die chip or rim cud. Someone will chime in on this.

I'm familiar with the Bar Nickel (nice!). The LIB[E]RTY looks like smoothed over rim damage to me. The 1996 appears to have a slightly Misaligned Die (MAD) with some old rim damage, as well.

Nice bar nickel wonder how much the tender would pay for it.
