OK the quality is not great, but they were very cheap and I didn't have either of them.

Seller says Tarraco mint, not sure how he knows.

Ignore the dust on the photos, they are not on the coins. They are both better in hand, the second one is actually glossy.

Here's a "not great" quality AE, my only coin of this dude.

I don't know either. The Judaea reverse attributed to a Spanish mint is from one unique specimen and your example is not a die match. Besides, the style is undoubtedly Rome.

Thank you David, I will change it to Rome.

Momma pig should have three piglets but getting one that shows all three is not as easy as one might wish. Mine is Titus and lacks the right piglet.

You indeed have a very rare variant! The new RIC notes that some examples may have only two pigs. They don't often show up in trade.

If I tilt my coin slightly, I can see a couple of piglets, but I doubt I will be able to capture them with the camera.

I think I can see one in between the pigs legs. Nice coins.

The other one is at the front of the sows legs. Very hard to see.

Neat! I've always wanted one with the pig and piglets.

I have some well-circulated Vespasians too, but this gently worn sestertius is probably my favourite :D.

Is there a die duplicate showing the location of the two pigs that suggests mine was that way in the die rather than just poorly struck?

I'm not aware of a die duplicate of your reverse that would prove beyond doubt there is no right piglet.

FWIW, here is my example which is slightly off-centre with the right piglet just off flan. Your coin is better centred and doesn't even have a trace of a right piglet.

Those are great coins, @Pishpash ! I'm planning to purchase one with the swine on the reverse eventually. Both of your coins are featured in Mr. Bressett's book.

I have a Vespasian coin not unlike @Pishpash 's excellent denarius but featuring a different pair of farmyard celebrities.
