Won them in a Great Collections auction.

The 1¢ is for my EAC collection.
Now I have to ID the variety.

The Nickel 3¢ I picked up because the strike was strong.
The "III" on the reverse shows all the lines.
The gash on the jaw is a bummer.

Sweeet! Too bad about the gash on the 3 cent piece... Beautiful example in all other respects!

Its hard enough to find ones that have stood the test of time and remain problem free for 200+years.

    Thanks. I like it.
But I just noticed it has a cud at k1.
That should make it easier to ID.
