Frank, I like you am close. Just not sure that I want to belong to a "club". I ride a Harley and feel the same way about clubs in that hobby. Although, I did join the HOG club so I could get the roadside assistance.. : ).. Who knows, maybe later this year I will apply for the Nut Club.
Jim: I am at about 114, net of duplicates, but, I just learned that die states don't count. [eg O-101 & O-101a are = #1] So, back to the drawing board. I still think that I am over #100, but I need to recount, probably about #110. But, I want to be up around 125 before I apply, just to be safe. Also, I met this guy at a coin show this weekend, he needs 15 pieces to complete the set (from 1807 to 1836) of all die varieties. However, he nearly gave me a heart attack, when he stated that the Drape bust don't count! [1801 to 1807]. I have 10, but 6 net of dupls & die states. [hey, do you need any? Better you than a dealer.] I checked and they do count.
I am currently myself up to 11, so I've got a ways to go before I can think about joining. But those two pieces are lovely.
