One is a 1983 that has a double rim at the top left. The other is a 1988 that has a double rim at the bottom right, along with what appears to be a re-struck rim on the left side, which runs through the lettering. I'm sure there are technical names for this, but cut me some slack, I'm a rookie :D

Do either of these have more than a few cents value?

I'm guessing they are worth 2 cents. Sorry.

    Welcome to Coin Talk.

    No added value for these.

Not being able to see the reverse sides, these would have to be struck with slightly mis-aligned dies. In order to have any premium value, the mis-alignment would have to interrupt the devices. Yours don't meet that criteria. Sorry. Keep looking and keep asking, there are some good error coins to be found out there.

I'm guessing they're worth at least $.044. You know, price of copper and all :)

Thanks for the responses everybody, I was just curious.

Well those coins aren't copper and the 1988 penny was struck with a loose collar.
