    Good day,

I have two 5 rubles Nicholas II gold coins.

    1. 1904 has AP engravings on the edge of the coin ( seen in photo )
I think i know what AP means ( АР - Alexander Redko ) it is initials that year. By the way of the two coins i think this one is more rare than the other one.

    2. 1900 doesnt has any signed engravings, but art of edge doesn't have any patern, probably because these coins were in circulation and simply worned out by usage.

Overall i think all these coins has engravings/initials of some sort, i was able to found rarity based on year, and those years has engraving initials. So if i'm right the 1900 coins should be ЭБ - Elikum Babayants just we cant see it because part of the edge doesn't have anything.

Here are the table of the coins and how rear it is.

I think i have figure out everything how much they are worth, i think realisticly i can quick sell them both anywhere between 600-700 euros. When each coin should be worth more or less around 300 euros.

My main concern before i sell them if i'm correct and this is really correct info that i have, perhaps i missed something and the coins are more rare than this. Please share your opinions i'm completely new to coins, would appreciate any feedback.

    Thanks.

My opinion : you should post this in the World Coins section. This is Ancient Coins...
