One of the vents looks like something is stamped at the bottom. The other one looks like the E in Liberty is doubled.

The E took a hit. I'm not sure about the other. Is the stamped area raised or into the coin?

    Into the coin.

Then chances are it happened after it left the mint. Please post a picture of the reverse.

Coins are struck not stamped. The first coin is Post mint damage and the second coin has taken damage as well. Thanks for sharing! :)

The first coin pictured looks like it could be a delamination at Abe's lapel area.
Maybe its a struck through coin.
Photo of reverse will help with determination.

The second cent may have a partial upper BIE (U1/2).

If it really is there it would be a very minor error and very common on cents from the 50's.

The more dramatic ones are fun to collect though.
