    Obv.: Janiform female heads with circular earring.
    Rev.: AAM-YA; Helmeted head of Athena right.
    Note: The AAM- (I used a Y as it looks like a 3 point candlestick and I can’t do these letters or symbols)

    The legend is ΛΑΜ / ΨΑ ( Λαμψα(κηνῶν) ) but written in boustrophedon: the first line from left to right, the 2nd line from right to left, etc.

    I guess with yours being a tetrobol, it must have been roughly twice the size of that diobol I once had?
