    Its a 2 piastres from the Ottoman empire, minted in Istanbul. Minted AH 1203, regnal year 2. That's about 1790 AD.

    i have the same 2 Para coin, yours is in better condition. Here is a picture of my Sultan III Selim 2 Para 1203/7.

    its a very nice coin, huge. 44mm diameter.
