So the photo im trying to post is 1.5mb and i know thats to big. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to post it? Can It be compressed somehow? Or am I just out of luck? Any help would good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Andy
Use a site like photobucket (it's free) and attach the photo from there and then the size will not matter. After uploading the photo to Photbucket just click on the area where it says Img (forth box under the photo) and you will copy the img to your clipboard. In your dialog box on cointalk press Ctrl+V and the image link will be pasted into your post on CT. Ask questions if you have any.
First convert it to a JPG. If still too large, and that is hard to believe, email me and I'll give you some room to put your pictures on. Not a problem. Ruben
It was the photo size that gave me a problem. Anybody care to comment on grade I'd like to compare with my own quess to help me learn. Thanks for your help guys.
Mine does that to because my mom decided to go overkill with her camera and buy one that has 12.4 megapixels. :goof: So her pictures are 2.9-4 megabytes each. So what I do is go to photobucket upload the pics, and then click resize to 1 MB. Then there is a button you click to get a direct link to it so you upload it here.
First make a copy of your photo, and then do the following to your copy. This way your original photo format and resolution will not be changed. Open your copy with Photo Manager. Select Edit Photo At this point, you can crop, brighten, re-size, etc your photo. In order to compress your photo to a smaller file size, select compress photo & select one of the file sizes. Select OK Exit Photo Manager. You will be asked if you want to save the changes you made to the photo(s). Select YES if you like what you did. Very best regards, collect89
Genuine Net Xf The Morgan's luster looks to have been cleaned-away. My guess at the photo is GENUINE NET XF. Very best regards, collect89
Yup same problem with my camera. So I downloaded Picasa photo shop from google and you can export photos to another folder, when you do that you can resize them. Seems to have worked pretty good. I do appreciate all the help though!
Its a morgan I picked up as a kid so I dont have any history on it so it may well have been cleaned. Lack of experience on my part but I'm learning!
