    You should get a copy of American Numismatic Association Grading Standards for United States Coins.

    I'm learning how to grade also. I have a hard time with Peace dollars.

    Low AU and over-dipped I'd say.

    Over-dipped because there does not appear to be 1 trace of luster on the coin. And low AU because all the high points show wear and so do the fields.
