Folks, I felt this one just had to have it's own thread. Yeah, I'll post it in the "favorite silver" thread as well. I've been wanting one of these for quite a while, but wasn't going to pay 3x melt for one. I finally got one fairly close to "reasonable" . . . . . Enjoy. I think we all need one of these as a "pocket piece" . . . . Does anyone know who minted these, and when? Z
Found this https://www.etsy.com/listing/688912...how_sold_out_detail=1&ref=nla_listing_details Apparently minted by the Silver Towne mint https://silvertownemint.com (the eagle on obverse right of the holder is their logo) and apparently made in the 70's. This is etsy so I wouldn't be too sure but the Silver Towne mint logo checks out if that is the actual original holder. Their website says they've been active since 1978, and they have a service where you can make custom products, so this could be that.
