i think the luckiest day ever finding paper money in circualtion is finding a 1993 star, web, and cool serial number! i wonder if anyone found a web, star, and cool serial number in one bill!

look up web-fed or web pres notes on google. they were notes that were printed in the late 80's and early 90's using a foll of paper instead of sheets. here is one of many sites with information... http://www.usmintquarters.com/webnotes.htm
i didn't find one unfortunaltly, but my coin dealer did. he said he was going through loads of $1 bills and found it. i think he said it was a radar!
the best way to find them is paying your bill in a larger denomination bill so you get lots of bills back in change.
