Looking for the perfect numismatic gift for for your Wedding Anniversary? I reccommend the Cameroon 7500 Franc coin dated 2006. A pair of wedding rings and Champaign glasses are featured on the obverse. Below the rings is a blank area where you can engrave names, initials or dates to honor your wedding anniversary. The reverse features an elephant head and a map of Africa. The 30mm coin is available both in silver-plated or gold-plated brass. It is an interesting "customizable" coin. Take a look. www.joelscoins.com/images/cameroon31bthr.jpg Thought you should know... Clinker
Clinker, I'd have my head handed to me if I presented one of these to my wife on her anniversary. Doubley so if she found out that the coins were plated gold/silver over brass. Then again, you may be on to something old fellow. Have you contacted Jared's yet?
Triply so if she finds out that these are not actually coins. Well, I am not 100% sure myself, but many "Cameroon coins" are actually private issues, and I think this is one of them. Besides, your beloved one would probably ask why you got that piece depicting two rings, instead of getting rings. At least one for her. Christian
To chrisild: Hey Christian.... Good to see your comments again! She should already be wearing a wedding ring. The two depicted on the coin are just tie-ins to the wonderous event...:mouth: Clinker
