Today's Trivia "Millennium Coins America/Caribbean Islands, states and territories" covers coins minted in the year 2000 by the organization of The East Caribbean States.
There is a membership group of nations belonging to the East Caribbean States, but some of these small nation memberstates produce their own coinage or contract with other mints (private and domestic) to produce coinage (business strikes, proofs or other collector coins).
    Here are the members:

    Anguilla
    Antiqua and Barbada
    Barbados
    British Virgin Islands
    Dominica
    Dominican Republic
    Grenada
    Guyana
    Montserrat
    Puerto Rico
    Saint Christopher and Nevis
    Saint Kitts
    Saint Lucia
    Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
    Trinidad and Tobago
