Some of those descriptions at worldcoingallery.com (which is a great site) could sure need some improvement. For example, the €2 commem issued in 2005 has nothing to do with the Schengen Agreement but is about the renewed Belgium/Luxembourg economic cooperation treaty. (That is also why it depicts the monograms and effigies of both Henri/LU and Albert/BE.) And the "Atomic Model" €2 coin depicts the Atomium in Brussels, built in 1958 and re-opened in 2006. Here are some images of Estonian collector coins. At the bottom you see the two euro-denominated pieces that the country has issued so far. Cyprus has issued three collector coins - one in 2008, and two in 2010. Links to the store of the central bank, with images (the second one was also issued as a €20 gold coin): http://eshop.centralbank.gov.cy/79,1,0,180,39,2-default.aspx?catId=98 http://eshop.centralbank.gov.cy/79,1,0,180,107,2-default.aspx?catId=98 As I wrote before, I don't know whether Coin Talk members actually find euro coins interesting. But I hope that putting this virtual collection together is fun for you too! Christian
