The collection you present in this post shows how tricky this "commem" concept gets. Only the first three pieces (€2) are actually commemorative coins, and used in the entire euro area. The others - usually silver or gold pieces, with denominations that are different then the standard ones - are collector coins. (See my reply to Part One.) Those are legal tender in the issuing member state only, and hardly ever found in circulation. At least Austria issued some of the silver pieces at face until last year ...
