Transition dates on Lincolns?

I'm a beginer at cherry picking and was wondering if there is a list of transition periods?

Example: 1983, 1992, 1974.

Is there an article listing all transition periods and what was changed in the Lincoln?

There are many Lincoln Memorial design changes

Off the top of my head:
1960 small/large date
1970 small/large date
1974 small/large date
1982 redesign
1988 reverse of 89
1992 close am
1998-2000 close am/wide am

 

Thanks I have a couple in your list to look up. Nice list off top your head. Trying to ensure I am looking more carefully at all good key errors in my rolls. Well be getting an electronic scale soon to ensure I can find the copper coins.
