Sure - as long as it is MS65 or maybe a 1876-CC ms 61 or better - at least according to heritage auction results. PCGS prices are not real accurate sometimes.
Well, I can only assume this is what you mean - but the only 1876 Tarde dollar listed on PCGS as worth $5000 is the 1876-CC in MS 60. However, the only examples of that coin in that grade that have been actually sold on Heritage sold for about $3000. So to answer your question - no.
