TPG In Between Grading??

I was thinking about this for two grade points in particular the
64 and 65 since these grades are very close, I actually think
That a 64 is most of the time a more attractive note as 65,s
Usually have major alignment issues!

Question#1 should there be in between grading for instance
64 to 64.9 and the a 65 to 65.9 (poll question)
