Perhaps you should ask Rigo, he is a member of this forum. His username is tonedcoins. Aquamarine is not a common color but nothing about the coin in that photo screams AT to me. I would really like to see that coin in hand before rendering judgment about the originality of the toning. I do have some raw Jeffersons with that color patina. Here is one.
