You know what's really scary; that joker has 100% positive feedback with almost 4000 sales.

Maybe he just put the wrong photo in by mistake.

I was thinking "wrong photo", too, but look at his other auctions. He seems to have an... optimistic eye for grading.

I reported it, wonder if Ebay will do anything.

I hope that's not the coin you're getting for a AU grade :(

Not sure if serious...That coin is certainly NOT AU.

Seller told me he used that as a template but never had a chance to upload the actual AU coin images.

Not surprising, but it does make him look kind of dumb. Of course, if he'd erred in the other direction -- showing an AU image for a VG-F coin -- it would've meant a quick SNAD.

I won't buy from people who are careless with their photos unless I'm basing my purchase solely on melt value. Or unless I think it's caused an auction to fly under others' radar. :)

I missed this..... Ive seen people post blurry or distant images of the coin and Ive taken a risk and made a purchase before.

Sometimes its just a tech-un-savy seller. Ive picked a few good deals off ebay this way.
