    1886 "ALTERED SURFACE" - SILVER MORGAN DOLLAR - NGC - $2000 BIN

My first reaction was "how charmingly naive". Checking the seller's other auctions, though, I see plenty of slabbed coins, including a bunch with details grades. It looks to me like this seller is trolling for naive buyers. It'll be interesting to see whether there's an offer that gets accepted.

Hey, maybe he's a customer of the "How to Tone Your Coins After You Scrub Them With Baking Soda" guy!

Hard to tell whats going on here. A bunch of those details graded dollars have consecutive serial numbers. Might not have been the seller, but somebody learned an expensive lesson about grading here. All of his feedback as a seller are private. On the plus side, he does have 100% positive, but that means nothing these days. My guess is that you are correct, he is prob trolling for noobs.
