I'd pay 10-15% back of MS-63 bid and dip it.

I know it's in an NGC holder, but I think this is professionally-done artificial toning. Here's why:

The upper quarter of the obverse of that coin is white, which I don't dig in the pattern it's in. The dark green/light green split in front of Liberty's nose is too abrupt, and the green/blue/red color change is too bright and too abrupt.

Without looking at the link I will guess the coin is an MS63. I can also guess the seller (Shawnee) as his photos are very distinctive. They are distinctive for a reason, because they are color enhanced. His photos are borderline deceptive IMO, because they don't look a whole lot like the coin in my experience. He has altered the colors to the point where they appear to be possible AT.

I personally think this is a naturally toned coin. The color progression is right as is the pattern. The toning does not creep up over the letters or stars which is an indicator of NT on Morgans. Also notice how the toning in some of the recessed areas is a different color than the raised areas, another indicator of NT. The electric blue color is extremely rare and is probably much less vibrant in real life.

Here are photos of a toned ASE that I picked up from this seller late last year. The top are the sellers pics and the bottom are mine. Although his photos are extremely attractive, the vibrant coral pink is actually a light pastel pink.

Now for my guess about the price. I will say that this coin will sell for 3X Bid $120.

In hand that toning is going to appear very dark. You will only see that color if the coin is tilted just right and even then it will appear very dark. Somebody is not going to be happy.

You were close Lehigh, went for $112. It's in a 64 slab BTW.

I find it hard to guess a grade on a photo like this. I really can't make out if the lines on the cheek are bag marks or a toning thing. As for the toning it is cool looking and NT but I totally trust Lehigh's opinion on toning in general.
