Bought this 1894 Indian Head looking for opinions. Getting the scan was next to impossible. The color is fairly accurate for the toning. But seeing the strike with the toning is really tough in the scan. At least I think so. Anyone think this has been cleaned? I don’t think so but the toning looks almost artificially deep. Thought welcomed. Let hear them. Thanks
The toning is weird...I would almost say it was cleaned and then toning by heat.....NICE Strike though! Hope I'm wrong on the cleaning and toning. Speedy
