    I got this in a bag of coins an elderly person gave me a few years back. I don't know what is. It's about the same size as an ASE but heavier. I don't know the composition. The bag he gave me had Gold, Silver, ans some political pins/Badges from around 50 years or so ago. There was also 2 ancient coins that I haven't identified either. But hopefully someone here might recognize it.

    This seller says it was made in the 80s.
    Looks like it is stamped "silver" near the bottom, which I imagine is true.
    Strange that it is in English and not Japanese.
    Most stuff for domestic sale would be Japanese only or both.
    I wonder if it was made outside of Japan...
