Yes.. My Minelab CTX3030 has a setting for Saltwater. I also use a 12 inch coil to detect wider and deeper in the sand.

For me, some "Conder" tokens maybe...just 34, from 1788-1799, so not extensive by any stretch...but hardly anything of these.

@Dialupsux Your French Commerce piece is interesting (1924). I have come across many of these and never seen such a tiny "4" on one.

I found this brothel token in Fernandina Beach Florida. 0A5A156A-9E5B-4A9B-889D-0FEA142E2D55.jpeg 63EE0AE0-8F12-4624-A70E-FA74A39ECFC6.jpeg

I love finding trade tokens while metal detecting. Here are a few more. One of my favorites was a post exchange token for Camp Stewart, Georgia before it became Fort Stewart. The token and a bottle earned a nickel. The one with the Eagle and NO CASH VALUE was found at an old general store. There were slot machines on the counter for customers to gamble their change. Winners were awarded gum or a cigarette but if nobody was watching the store owners would substitute a Buffalo nickel. Awarding money constituted gambling which was illegal. And another favorite was redeemable for a bar of Palmolive soap 4304797C-E58B-4C64-BCC2-F251F11379FD.jpeg 87A97CFE-0C6F-4F67-A0F5-5A8C0651ABC4.jpeg 0896E253-99F5-405C-9BE0-2A1B8F3EAFF6.jpeg 4304797C-E58B-4C64-BCC2-F251F11379FD.jpeg D094FBA6-81E2-422B-9780-A3114197739F.jpeg 9A61BDC7-C90A-4842-8330-D8A88AE7FEED.jpeg 9A61BDC7-C90A-4842-8330-D8A88AE7FEED.jpeg E3F82A42-09D0-42A7-8FA8-146469569D13.jpeg EE747B3B-980F-4293-BAD9-752BA5C11147.jpeg 18FC96FA-DD9B-440A-8345-E9205BEB896E.jpeg FE075FF0-988E-4793-871D-4A40F3F7438B.jpeg CE2CE7D5-22AB-4C23-B955-C6CD3D234311.jpeg

Some of the tokens that I have accumulated over 40 years of working on coin counting machines. I'll get around to sorting them some time.
