Token? Coin? Advertising?

I have searched the mobile web for days and can't seem to find this anywhere. I was hoping that someone who has access to a computer or has knowledge of the coin would be so kind as to give me some insight or point me in the right direction. Any appreciation would be greatly appreciated.

I only took one picture because both sides are exactly the same

 

If I had to guess, it's probably a Japanese gaming token.

 

Japanese pachinko token.

 

It's my guess that it is a gaming token from Monaco.

 

The Japanese characters are in the middle of the token. Def Japanese.

 

Yeah, the three symbols in the center are ko ri ra in Japanese katakana.

 

And, the writing above the three stars at the bottom spells MONACO!

 

But ask yourself, which would be more likely;
A place in Monaco with Japanese characters?
or a place in Japan with English characters?

 

I see those just wasn't sure what they were.

Thank you, wow was I ever looking in the wrong places. I even looked at the vehicle Monaco to see if there was a token for that. Omg...maybe they held the Monaco 500 in japan??
