Yeah, there comes a time when counting backwards is advantageous. I said the same a month ago when I hit 60.
    Happy un-birthday

It's not my birthday! It's my un-birthday. Only the older members will remember the "un-birthday" song:

Statistics prove, prove that you've one birthday
    One birthday every year
But there are three hundred and sixty-four unbirthdays
That is why we've gathered here to cheer:

A very merry unbirthday to you, to you
A very merry unbirthday to you, to you
It's great to drink to someone
And I guess that you will do
A very merry unbirthday to you!

A very merry unbirthday to us, to us
A very merry unbirthday to us, to us
    If there are no objections
    Let it be unanimous
A very merry unbirthday to us!

A very merry unbirthday to me (to who?)
A very merry unbirthday to me (to you?)
    Let's all congratulate me
    With a present I agree
A very merry unbirthday to me!

A very merry unbirthday to all, to all
A very merry unbirthday to all, to all
    Let's have a celebration
Hire a band and rent a hall
    A very merry unbirthday
    A very merry unbirthday
A very merry unbirthday to all!

I decided to be a smartdonkey and say something about my birthday, by counting days instead of years. (Yes, saying how many days old I am will let you calculate my actual birthday. Please don't abuse the power.)

By a VERY VERY SPOOKY coincidence, if I count today in the interval, that number is... 216000.

    Factor it out, and you find that it's 2^5 x 3^3 x 5^2 -- a perfect palindrome! Sort of.

Never mind year counts. Imma go look for a cake. A nice round one.

A whole bunch of years ago..... No, I mean a few years back .... When my wife turned thirty I made a great big sign, "First Annual 29th Birthday Party".... For years, I would cross out first and paint second, third or whatever on it.... That sheet of plywood worked mighty hard over the years.

Can I collect you? I don't have any of those palominos in my barn.

I used 29.1, 29.2, and so on. The maddest my wife ever was is when I gave her a Happy Quarter Century card on her 25th birthday.

Sure, but I'm only good for this one day. Sort of like a Zincoln.

Gettin ready to celebrate 4 generations within a day around here. I am the late one. The other three generations were born on the same day.
4 minutes is all that separates us.
