to much to pay?

is 17 odd dollars a good bad or average price for a 2005 Silver Dime NGC Certified PF69 Ultra Cameo?

Sounds about right... geez just the submission cost alone would be about that much to have the coin graded... Can't go wrong with it in my opinion if dimes are your "thing" and its needed for your set !

Why not look for a better date earlier coin?
Perhaps some lower mintage Barber dimes or quarters in G or VG.
Therer are still quite a few sleepers out there.
