This topic might have already been discussed on this forum and if it has I aplogize in advance. I have received the 2006 W Uncirculated Silver Eagles finally from the mint. I was thinking of sending them and the 2006W Uncirculated $5 Gold Eagle I received previously to NGC or PCGS for grading. Any opinions on whether or not to have them graded would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think you should grade your coins.

I would keep them raw as slabbing for this coin really isn't going to make them easier to sell---these coins sell close to bullion most of the time anyway.

I agree many of the other ASEs sell close to bullion. However, I don't think the 2006 W Unc will be selling close to bullion. It is one of the key coins in the series.
