It's not "busted", they deliberately took it out of service. Due to crummy programing if you had someone elses name and order number you could cancel their order (move yourself up on the list.)
Understood and I rather have it not work than having some idiots be able to do malicious things to our info or orders.... I just wish they would get it fixed...
