This is one of my father-in-law's coins that I hadn't put in my system, so far. Obv. a short-bearded head, is that Poseidon? And on the reverse, a dolphin above a trident. Can't find any lettering. 10 mm, 1.43 gr. The coin is in good shape, but for some surface flaking.

Is this a bronze from Nisyros? A small volcanic island not far from Kos, now with only 1000 inhabitants. Wildwinds second type, 350-300 BC. Must be rare, an island with only two types of coins.

It looks to me like you nailed it. These must be kinda rare. I've not seen one before.
