    Hello. Weighing almost exactly one gram ( 1.02 g.), this tiny coin reminds me of the famous coin of the widow (Fils) as described in the Bible. I might be wrong, though. Please assist me to find out. Any comments.. Widow O.jpg Widow R.jpg

    It's not a widow's mite. My guess is Islamic, Umayyad.

    Thanks JA. I knew I could be wrong. Do you have an idea about how much a widow mite could weigh? Any resemblance with that coin..

    Widow's mite's are tiny, like your coin, but the designs are different.
