Tiberio or Neron??? Can you hel me?

    Hello.:hail: Apparently I got this coin of Tiberius,With this information I got it.(Alexandría,1 Obolo- 14-37 AD. Bronze,20 mm.Hl in the reverse = year 8 of Reign, 21 AD)

    But found no similar.Found no reversal of Tiberius, with this design. The closest is this. But is Nero.¿¿¿:confused:????

    Danielus, I came across this thread while searching for something else. I see that you are still active on CoinTalk and because no one ever answered, I'm resurrecting this thread.

    Your coin is a Nero, like the second example you showed. There aren't any other possibilities in the reference books I own.

    EGYPT, Alexandria. Nero
    AE obol, regnal year 8 (CE 61/2)
    Obv: [NEPK]ΛAV[KAICEBΓEP]; laureate head right
    Rev: [AYTOKPA]; Roma standing left, holding patera, spear, and shield; LH
    Ref: Emmett 158.8, R1; Milne 207

    This is the first time I noticed this thread....and now I could at least identify the second but TIF (as usual) has already provided the answer for both.:)
