A week or so ago, I posted an auction for a better coin on the bay. I used Featured Plus to keep it at the top for an additional $14.95 fee. Simple right? Not so simple. I then went and added store items using the " sell similar " feature on my Auctiva page, and FORGOT to uncheck the added cost Feature Plus box. Every item I added for 3 days was charged an additional $9.95 or $14.95, I noticed this when paying my Ebay invoice this morning:rolling: Well, 20 minutes later, my error auctions are ended and my seller account is credited the fees that were charged from MY error. Way to go Ebay. I bash them alot, but this time, they have really stepped up to the plate and provided quick fast and friendly service. WOW, I am glad to hear it.
Wow Jack. Now that's a surprise! Glad they took care of you. :thumb: Anyone with ebay experience would assume this would be one major headache to try to straighten out...probably ending badly for the seller... with the hair from their head in their hands.
Sounds like they did you good, but I wonder if someone who only sells 10-12 items a year would have gotten the same service. Probably not.
