    This is an attributed Mint Error I showed back in May of 2015 on CoinTalk

    1951 S 1 Cent - Partial Collar

    No I didn't. Just an item I saw listed one day with a low price and I purchased it. It was an interesting Details description.

    What is the "Altered Color?" Never seen that description on a slab.
