Interesting results. Are you going to do it again soon? I would be interested in seeing them. Is your plan to use the same bank or move around? Thanks for the post.

    Again

Yes, I think I will. There were far less STAR notes than i have found in 5's and 10's. I have looked through about 2000 dollars of each too, and have found 2 of each in star notes. so lets work that out.

    400 notes in 5's-2 stars
    200 notes in 10's - 2 stars
    1000 notes in $1 -2 stars

pretty amusing/interesting results. the ones were alot more work for the 2 stars than the 5s and 10s. with the about same result.

i pulled a $1 note for each 2003A series, i.e. A-A, A-B,A-C,A-D, B-......., but do not think i will hold on to all of them. I ended up keeping about 100 dollars of that 1000, which is a bit much for my budget for currency right now.

Still trying to figure out what to keep and not to keep, what kind of collection I want to accrue. What and in what amounts are wirth keeping. I was considering keeping 2003A series i.e. A-A, B-B. C-C....., but i do not know yet if they all will get to their front letter, i.e. L-L.

Any ideas or examples of what new currency collections you all out there are getting from circulating notes would be helpful.
