Yes, that was my original thought. I will put it under a scope this weekend to get a better look.

 

As a new comer myself welcome,i learned when posting coins they like to see both sides of coin so they can examine coin alot better to give you a better answer,also describing exactly what you think is wrong or going on with it helps as well..again welcome i am sure someone will answer you on if coin is a DD or not...hope it is
