thoughts on canada large cents i bought today, just have a look

thoughts y is this cent so light colored compared to the others. heres a few of the large cents i got today off a person who had them laying around with a bunch of other things
i bought. they didnt collect and were left in a will. is this normal color or made of something different. im new to the collecting of varieties. but trying to learn. thanks

The 1919 Cent looks like maybe it got washed a few times and the copper wore off. Not sure.

 

it looks like a cleaned bronze coin.

 

its was in with the other cents for over 20 years cant see y it didnt change color.. i got it yeasterday but nothing has been cleaned on it.

 

They were 95% copper, so nothing washed off except it's natural patina. It's had a bath at some time in it's past is all.
