    Sorry my friend, that coin is a reverse of 38. Sometimes it is hard to tell but those photos are pretty good

    By the pictures it looks like the date might be doubled and a possible rpm

    The price it sold for isn't far off in general. The 39-D is somewhat of a key date. $60 is MS-63 range, which I think that nickel's grade is at least.

    It looks like there are several things doubled, especially the mm.

    Someone school me, how can you tell the difference between reverse of '38 and reverse of '40?
