This penny has a thick edge then the edge turns to nothing

I did research but found nothing I would imagine it's common

if the reverse is normal then its a misaligned die strike, no real premium, can keep it or spend it, i started saving them but while roll searching found so many i just toss em back now..

 

I'll keep it I guess no idea what I'll do with a common error

 

Yes, as mentioned it's a common, minor,
Mi-Aligned obv. die.......unless the obv.
looks like it's off center, they usually don't
bring much of a premium, if any at all.
