this one looks like an allien

 

Lincoln's head is most likely PMD since the rest of the coin looks banged up. the raised line looks like it may be a die gouge.

 

actually this looks more like a damaged die here is a few more pics of date and back

 

this is pretty much what some of the normal zinc plated coins looks like , plus it looks like the die has been polished . the thin copper plating sometimes develops all kinds of different looking appearances because it don't stick to the zinc core very good..
