That strikes me as more of a Capital Plastics frame than a "slab", but yeah... that's an impressive looking set! PS- you seem to have a very discerning eye for UK and Commonwealth material.
Yes, Capitol plastics - I custom ordered it 12 years ago. The pictures below are through the plastic “Perspex” and seem duller than in-hand with the marks showing up even more prominently. I think I mixed up the reverses on the 1925:
