This is a freaky 1934 cent.....what kind of error?

This is the Obv + Rev.
Also, in the first images, I see letters printed on top of other raised letters

 

I do not think that is a lamination. It appears to be something coating the coin. Aside from that, I see nothing outside of wear.

 

All I see is 81 years of wear and tear on a beautiful Lincoln penny.

 

You'll need to work on your focus, hard to tell anything from those.
