This Is A Coal Dollar

    I’m sure I’m not the first to find it but long story short, anyone else heard of or seen a “This is a Coal Dollar” sticker? Kinda cool and interesting idea. Like “Where’s George?” but earlier! http://www.coinbooks.org/esylum_v17n40a20.html

    Someone here posted a few of these a month or so ago. If you search "Coal Dollar" you will probably be able to find the thread.

    I've heard of them but never seen one on hand. I wouldn't mind adding one to my collection. It's a firm of a counter stamp, like a chop mark on a Trade Dollar.

    Figures :) found the thread, sorry for the dupicate post then! Just got excited when I happened across it while looking for silly polka records by a band called the Coal Diggers ;)
