The one picture has either the 66 or 67 SMS set, those you can pick up most anywhere for around $7/$8.
I'd say the only years in that set that will bump the price some if they are truly uncirculated would be the 82 and 83 years if they're included, but not enough to make it worth 1600 bucks. I think you can get the uncirculated mint set runs from 1965 to 2011 on eBay from coinsbybobby for under a thousand easily. Although the stamps and pages that come with these might attract to some collectors, it's still not worth the money, I'd actually say that set is worth about $400 to $500 (if it includes 82 and 83 in there) and that's being generous.
I've seen stuff they do and it's all been first class - really nice stuff... As far as price, I think it's way over where is should be. All it takes is one uneducated person though... ;(
