Ok, Ok... It's not an error coin, but because this passed as a cent from a Fed roll, does anybody know what the heck it is? I would really like to know. redfull.jpg redcrop.jpg

Do you mean a MWR Loomis/Brinks/etc... roll?
I've had plastic play cents come through in MWR before.

Yes, this is from a MWR Loomis roll. So, this is a plastic play cent? I have to be honest, I have never heard of a plastic play cent. I wonder where the nearest plastic play store is? Thanks for the info furryfrog02. I continue to be amazed at the things I find while hunting for error coins.

Many years ago there was a game Pokeno. The little plastic chips were the size of
dimes and worked in parking meters and pay phones. I guess those worked on size and not weight.
This is just some penny sized piece of nothing. You are out 1 cent. In several years your life will be back to normal.
It didn't come from The Fed.

Yikes!, several years?... I thought I might get over it in a few months!
It's fun to know what it is though, a Pokeno chip.
    Thanks for your response!

I had to google "pokeno". Google thought I meant "pokemon". Definitely not that haha. Looks like a pokeno chip though. Or some other random plastic piece of crap.

Good luck getting over your loss. My thoughts are with you :p

Yours is not a Pokeno chip which was the size of a dime. And red if I recall.
If yours was in a penny roll, it's prob a plastic disc the size of a penny.
Sorry for the confusion. Just relating a story.
The Pokeno chip was smooth. No edge if I remember. This was 45 years ago.
