This a CUD?

    I found this 1969 S penny in rolls and I noticed what looks like a pretty good CUD ... but I thought I'd send it to my friends here at Cointalk for a review. Is it a CUD? And if so, what's something like this worth? Hope the picture is decent. I have a crummy camera, but made do with a magnifying glass. :computer: Thanks in advance for any and all help :)
